FAMILY MEDICINE CENTER

The T.J. Samson Family Medicine Center provides total patient care for the whole family. The center serves all ages by providing care for expectant mothers, children, adolescents and adults. The Family Medicine Center exists jointly with the University of Louisville/Glasgow Family Medicine Residency. More than 14 physicians work within the facility, providing complete care for our patients.

The office is well-equipped to handle significant patient volume with more than 8,000 patient visits per year. We are able to provide an in-office laboratory, minor procedures and cardiovascular testing. From the beginning of our practice, patients have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and true caring that exists within the center. We work with multiple insurance companies as well as individuals regarding payment options.

The T.J. Samson Family Medicine Center operates Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Same-day appointments are given on a priority basis. We would enjoy the opportunity to become your medical home.
